Issue Position

Southwest Michigan needs more good jobs. Too many of our young people have to leave the state just to start a career, and there are still too many people seeking good-paying jobs to replace ones they lost in the recession. Small businesses are struggling to expand and create jobs, while big corporations are getting state tax breaks while sending our jobs to other parts of the country or overseas. Marletta will fight for local businesses so that they get the resources they need to thrive and create new jobs here in our community.
